The cheese came unmelted and they said will resolve the issue in 24-48 hours. This 2 times in a row a messup has happened. The 1st, for which they never reached back. This is absolute garbage producing store. Please take away their franchisee status. Unacceptable.

Domino’s is a brand that does not require a review, however, this specific dine in restaurant has become an epitome of brand killer service. Today when I walked in with my friend to eat my favourite pizza we were informed that we had to order online instead at the counter. When asked for assistance the staff were least bothered and were communicating with each other as if it was a fish market. I was asked to pay for a sachet of ketchup, tables were not cleaned and when asked to be cleaned the staff just swiped for the sake of it. This was the worst experience I ever had at Domino’s Pizza

Ordered the food through app. Money was deducted but order was not delivered even after 2 hrs. Store number is not reachable. Please avoid ordering from here. If concern is raised to domi os central team they will say they will get back to us as soon as possible (I.e. 24 hrs). What is the use of the 24 hrs feedback if the person who is hungry is not getting food.
Also dominos do not have any provisio to transfer the order to different store in other area when a particular store(manager) goes offline.

I just read some other review below. Same experience as mine. I should have read the reviews and should have ordered from so.e other place.

Edit:- Successfully cancelled the order after 2 hrs of order delivery
The below message from owner is of no help. The best thing would have been to respond when a customer calls you. No use of just copy pasting the message saying customer is guest unless it is not meant from within.
