Working with diet Divine has been an interesting journey! I have been associated with them for quite sometime now. What got me convinced with them is that they create a meal plan (do not prefer terming it as a diet plan:) around what we normally eat on a regular basis. There is minimal disruption there. Focus is on balancing the meals and definitely not going hungry!
Would love to mention a big Thank you to Ravita ,who has been able to identify what works for me, be it food or exercise ????

Ravita is one of the best, dedicated Nutrition professional that I have met. I consulted her for weight loss and I can see amazing results just within a month. She has very thorough functional knowledge and her follow up is very good and consistent. Her team makes sure that I am always on track.

I had a wonderful experience with Ravita & her team. Before my sessions with her I was struggling big time with my weight. I was looking out for a diet solution where I wouldn't be required to starve or follow some crash diet to loose weight rather wanted to have a nutritive diet where I could eat everything specially the food of my choice & still be in shape. With her expertise in nutrition , she guided me towards normalizing my eating patterns & helped me to understand the science of food & nutrition. I experienced & understood that there are three important parameters to work on in order to manage weight effectively - Right Food - Time Interval - Portion Size. She is extremely knowledgeable & I love the way she patiently explains about food & nutrition...I trust her advice...Thanks a lot
