After a failed online pickup attempt, I found myself with Ajaaz Shaikh at the Service Point. He was knowledgeable wrt my queries and even helped with a discount because of the failed attempt earlier. DHL is an expensive service but we'll worth it.

The courier service states that they're open till 9pm. But when I reached at 8.30pm they clearly mentioned that the counter is only open till 6pm: this time must be updated on google.
Also on the next day, the counter guy catering to the clients took about 30mins to complete the formalities of each client which wasn't really the speed at which you expect a DHL express to work at.
I was next in line and waited for a good 50mins
