One of the Busiest station in Mumbai.

Most convenient station in Mumbai. It is the core of Mumbai. You can board trains for local, express and outstation travel from here. Multiple stalls and shops available right outside the station for quick shopping and eating. It is crowded but being the junction it has to be crowded. You have to be little bit alert as their had been cases of theft and quarrels. You can book tickets from the counter. Also for security and safety they have deployed police outside and inside the station.

????????????MUST READ????????????Extremely unfriendly for handicapped and wheelchair bound passengers. Does not have ramps for wheel chair and stretchers for moving from one platform to another . Patients coming to nearby KEM Hospital, Tata Cancer hospital, Wadia hospital have been facing hardship on the station especially on platform numbers five and six there are no slopes for wheelchairs and stretchers since last more than 2 years. It is extreme cruelty to handicapped and patients with limited mobility. Relatives / Porters / Coolies have been suffering with this agony from this. THE STATION MASTER / Responsible persons should be punished for this agony of last more than 2 years . ????????????????
