This traffic island is made by BMC so that tourist can enjoy views of CST & BMC old monument buildings. This is at the junction between CST & BMC buildings. This can be a good selfie point. While you step down from CST stn in to underground subway, take right and go upstairs. Exactly opposite to BMC building there are steps to get on this observation deck. Be careful there is moving traffic on the turning road between BMC building & observation deck.
