A refreshing change from the online experience. Went to buy a TV for my parents and was very well treated by the staff. The product was well explained and prices / discounts are comparable with online platforms. Hygiene is maintained and the experience has motivated me to use such stores as an alternative to default online buying.

This is one of the best croma I've ever visited. Although the staff knew I just came to review jbl speakers the staff was very very helpful and kind. I almost had a talk for 1 hour and I was finally ready with my choice. The staff were ready to listen all questions and answer all doubts I had. The staff's name was Mr. Saurav. He constantly handled over 5 customers at the same time. People like him really deserve a raise. Would totally recommend this place for a visit. Other than the staff the prices were very very competitive compared to other places.
