I went here because it's one of the few places that takes care of rabbits. However, I stopped taking our pet rabbit here because they weren't super responsive for issues when I wasn't physically on property with the animal. The first visit was great, and I was super happy. However, after that, the only response I'd get was: send a stool sample, with no context or information to help me understand if what I was seeing was a huge issue or nothing to worry about. After the second time they asked for that, I turned to Google and Google was way more helpful: the issue was the result of a change in diet, which they should have known considering it was their instructions that caused the change in diet (i.e. it wasn't something to worry about). Basically I got the impression that the goal was to make money only. Fine, it's a business, they should make money, but not at the expense of ensuring care for the critters they see.

Dr Henna and her staff are one of the most supportive vets (and I'll speak for my pets too) in the city. There is a touch of comfort and care with which they handle our pets. Both my cats (the younger one being the feistiest) were handled with great skill and care. I see the staff connecting with the animals to gain their trust before any procedure. I'd strongly recommend Critter Care to any and all pet lovers!

Dr Henna is highly professional and very friendly and caring toward the patients. I’ve been visiting her clinic for over a year now. She’s also available on calls outside working hours in case of urgencies. Her staff has also always been helpful to answer any questions as required. I’m very happy with the consult and care provided
