I recently visited Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj International Airport Terminal 2 (CSMIA-T2), and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed with the experience. The airport was immaculate, organized, and easy to navigate. The airport staff were incredibly courteous but not the airline staff ( indigo) and helpful, making me feel at ease from the moment I arrived. The range of amenities are good , with an excellent variety of shops, restaurants, and lounges available for travelers. I particularly appreciated cleanliness. The airport's stunning architecture, inspired by India's rich cultural heritage, was truly awe-inspiring and added to the overall ambiance, making it a pleasure to spend time there. The boarding process was not good with Indigo Staff and I missed my flight due to their mistake..

An Elegant airport building with beautiful architecture and interior decoration, well maintained, clean and tidy. The second largest and second most busiest airport in India.

Very beautiful airport with lush green interiors. There are many branded shops inside the airport. Food court is also very big and you have many options available.
