Vivek was the guy i dealt with and trust me he really has the power to convince. Found good rates and deal was locked very soon. He not just bifurcated the rates but also challenged me to visit any other store and check the rates. That was something i got attracted too and finally able to purchase the heavy bracelet i was looking out for since long.
