Staff in that Central Bank of India is very very very rude to older people. And on their window they treat us like a streat dog by doing shuoo shuoo and they make us wait hours and hours for small queries.

Opening an account here would mean endless lines and delays in getting your work done. Bank staff here are slow and often rude. The bank servers and systems crash ever so frequently. Cash counters always have long queues, unless you're the first person to reach the bank. In that case you'll be again made to wait due the the staff running late.

There should be an option of 0 stars on google. Service experience at this branch is as bad as it can get. Forget about account opening or any other facilities, the bank staff won't even provide you with a pair of scissors or some glue if you need any. Carry your own stationery, you guys!
