Very good service provided by company owner. Very humble and polite person..
they listened carefully and provide genuine and quick services..
Patient care and nurses services both satisfactory given by them.
Affordable rates.

Very very poor services no accountability.
First time they provided with a male care taker who was reluctant to do tha job.
When asked for the replacement they can gave the number of another care taker who dint turn up at the last moment and even the agency guys or the care taker did not take the pain to inform that the assigned person is not able to come due to so and so reason.
Instead the assigned care taker and the agency guys stopped picking up the call.
After calling the agency guy from a different number he picked up the call and said that he would arrange someone else who would join from the next day.
After multiple assurance from agency people we trsuted them again still the same thing happened next day the new guy did not turn up on the duty and did not even inform us about his non availability
Basically agency people have no accountability for the staff and does not have the capability to provide service.
A STRICT NO NO, they are not at all trustworthy
