As per my friend's suggestion visited this place for lunch. They have Dastarkhwan and normal seating arrangement. If you are visiting with your friends and family go for Dastarkhwan. The vibe here is really good, beautiful ambience with some lip smacking food. This restaurant is pocket friendly too.
Their Chinese is as good as their Mughalai cuisine.

What's on my table:
Chicken Manchow Soup
Chicken Kalimiri Tandoori
Dhaba Chilly
Chicken Balti with Butter Naan
Arabian Pudding
Caramel Custard

Overall Taste: 9/10

Cost for two - ₹800 approx

Straight away I should say that the food is good. The dishes are fresh, hot and tasty. So full marks there.

The rates too are reasonable and again full marks.

The dining area cleanliness could be better though the tables are clean.

My only irritation was the waiter who served me. I think he cheated me on the prices. I had 3 Rotis, 1 Kheema Ghotala and 1 Aloo Mutton. I was told that the total bill was Rs. 250 and I tipped him Rs.20.

Later on I found from the menu card the actual rates are a Roti 10*3 u003d Rs.30, Kheema Ghotala 80*1u003d Rs.80 and 1 Aloo Mutton Rs.100*1 u003dRs.100. So total should have been Rs 210.

I never paid heed whenever my friends said that Indians , by and large and a particular community in specific, are unscrupulous thieves. This and many similar experiences, sort of force me to believe that this is true.

The management of Cafe Bahar, should take care, as such incidents, give them, their restaurant and their community a bad name.

Nice restaurant,must try chicken Barra tandoori and all tandoori items are very tasty and on reasonable price, Amin uncle in this hotel is very polite person ,he offer me tea till the order come .....I highly recommend this restaurant if you are in Malad and nonveg lover .
