Recently visited Borker Vadapav. Borker uncle himself was very sweet. He was making vada inside the shop and from outside you could see him. The place is famous so you will have go wait for 15 minutes if the batch is in making and as the batch comes out in less than 2 minutes the entire batch of 45-50 vada get sold and you will have to wait for another batch. Coming to the taste of it the price was ₹23 but the size of vada was also good. The taste was something verh different that i have had. Just that break the vada first let ki cool down and when it’s slightly warm at that time eat it. If eat too hot than will not get the proper taste of it. It also has kaju and kismis in it so overall the vada itself if not very spicy. If you are in Charni road area you should visit it. Also one last this this location mentioned here is around 200 meters away from the correct location of the shop even though type this and reach the location once reached this location ask anyone where is Borker Vadapav and anyone will guide you to the shop.

Got to taste the legendary vada pav after a good 20 years. Was a good jog down memory lane. Crowded as usual and Mr. Borkar trying his best to keep up with the demand. Stuffing had the same old taste but was heavily battered.

Oldest Vada pav seller in Girgaon area. Borkar Vada pav is immensely popular who love food on a spicier side. Shri borkar started selling vada pav at a new place almost after 3-4 yrs but still taste, appearance and size remains the same as before. Zest you get after eating vada pav here is the thing people love. Girgavkars still & will keep loving borkar vada pav.
