I am very fortunate to train with BeFit under the leadership of Brinston Miranda. Even his young son Bruce is very competent and a great coach. I like their approach of looking at the long term with no short cuts. Apart from training us on running and stamina they make us do a lot of strength workout with a focus on all the muscles required for running,
I am sure they will guide and help me win some podium finish in my age category in the next one or two years.

Very good training for Marathon running. Coaches are very talented , experienced and provide perfect platform for novoice and experienced runners .
