I ordered a 500ml tub from their outlet n I received spoiled Icecream which tasted stale and grainy after which I called the branch ppl to inform them over which they said they would replace n exchange it which I agreed too n sent the Icecream to their store
After I reached the store n shoed them the Icecream, they suddenly changed their behaviour n said that the Icecream taste is ok n weren’t ready to agree to their mistake of selling expired n stale Icecreams. It could cause food poisoning and other health problems to us with having their Icecream
After a lot of discussion they backed out n were not even ready to return my Icecream box as the proof that I could placed a complaint for in the consumer court to them selling stale n wrong food
Overall Pathetic experience
All u guys reading out my reviews, I would request you guys to think twice before ordering from this outlet or better just opt for another one so u dont regret as me
Btw my money also got wasted as I paid for the Icecream n in return got nothing out of it

Our go to in Baskin Robbins is the Red velvet Ice cream cake. It was delicious like always, when we ordered yesterday. The cake arrived on time and there was cooling packets to keep the cake frozen.

Pratik, one of the staff at this outlet is very helpful. Excellent service and a wonderful experience everytime we visit
