Excellent building... impossible to find so much open spaces in a building...the lobby area in each floor is really spacious and the carpet area of each flat is hard to get anywhere at this point of time...the wind that you get when you walk around the building compound especially in the evening is simply outstanding...

Good parking space with an incorporated garden for kids, staff out there is cooperative and friendly too.

Flats in this building is quite spacious and there is a ground and company compound on back side of the building. So the back side of the building doesn't have an visual obstruction. One can see slums on two sides of the building with a very narrow entrance. Building has some open space where children play and plantation is done along this space with small sitting arrangement.

Getting loan from private Bank is difficult because of non availability of occupancy certificate.
