Assalamu Alaikum. I recently had the honor of embarking the journey of Hajj (2023) with Bakhla Tours. Here is a detailed review of our experience.

Booking: We chose the short tour golden package and booking process was smooth and straightforward. Mr. Muddasir handled our queries patiently and accommodated our requests regarding the payment plan.

Hajj Orientation: Bakhla Tours arranged a well-organized Hajj orientation during last week of May. The program, presented by Mufti Gufran Saab, was exceptional, offering both spiritual guidance (Arkan) and practical tips. As first-time Hajj pilgrims, we found this orientation to be a crucial stepping stone towards our Hajj journey.

Accommodations: Our package included stay in Aziziya. However, Bakhla Tours went above and beyond by arranging accommodation in Kudai (Hotel Silver Classic), conveniently located next to Kudai Bus Parking. It allowed us easy access to Haram Sharif within a 10-15 minutes journey via the 24-hour bus service. This blessing allowed us to pray at Haram Sharif daily, even on the day of our return from Mina. We were blessed to perform Hajj nafal Tawaf and did our Hajj Niyyat at Haram Sharif, Allahamdulillah. Hotel was well-located and comfortable, though some Hajjis expressed dissatisfaction with room services. There was Masjid opposite of hotel . In Madinah, we stayed at the 5-star property Hotel Rawada Royal Inn, just a minute walk from Masjid e Nabwi, with clean rooms and well-maintained facilities.

Food: Bakhla Tours provided delicious food with a wide spread. The exceptional effort of providing buffet meals three times a day in D category tents in Mina was commendable and appreciated. In my knowledge no tour operator is providing buffet meal in D category tent in Mina. The staff was hardworking and accommodating, making sure all the Hajjis were well-fed. Bakhla Tours arranged dinner, breakfast, and lunch for Hajjis staying in Mina on the 6th day. In Madinah, the hotel offered a scrumptious buffet spread that included a mix of continental and local dishes.

Transportation: Bakhla Tours efficiently handled all our travel arrangements. They ensured we reached the sacred sites (Mina, Arafat, Muzdaliffa) on time and in accordance with the Sunnah. Moreover, they provided transportation for Hajjis to go to Jamarat on the 6th day of Hajj.

Guidance and Support: The presence of Mufti Gufran Saab was one of the standout features of the tour. His knowledgeable and experienced guidance provided spiritual enlightenment for all pilgrims, maintaining a pious atmosphere. Bakhla Tours' team was constantly by our side, offering support and guidance to the best of their abilities.

Improvement: While Bakhla Tour's arrangements were top-notch, there are a few areas of improvement:

Communication: Communication from the team before departure and during Hajj could be improved. Timely updates and clearer instructions would have been helpful. We missed Makkah ziyarat as we were informed by team about ziyarat at midnight.
Mina Tent: Bakhla Team should consider B category tent for better comfort at less cost compare to A category
Food: Some Hajjis mentioned a desire for more variety in food dishes, and a few were uncomfortable with the continental menu in Madinah. However, Bakhla Tours did provide Indian dishes during all meals in Madinah.
Flight: The via flights resulted in an extended journey back home from Madinah, taking nearly 24 hours. I request team to provide return flight from Madinah, especially for short tour.
Laundry: Laundry services need improvement

Overall, our experience with Bakhla Tours exceeded all expectations. Their commitment, attention, and genuine concern for the pilgrims' well-being made the Hajj journey truly unforgettable. I recommend Bakhla Tours to anyone considering Hajj/Umrah. May Allah bless their efforts and grant them continued success.

Bakhla tours is one of the best Hajj and Umrah Tour operators in India..

They have all kinds of packages of Hajj and Umrah. Budget is not an issue here…

We have experienced the best service here… They have value for money packages…

Food was awesome 5 star..

The hotel was Al barkha Mawaddah it is at 5 min walk way distance from Haram...

Moeen bhai and Imran bhai and imtyaz bhai are extremely good people in Makkah..

The Makkah team is awesome and Madinah is also very good....
