Thanks Ajay bhaiya for all your support and guidance. In 2 months I have lost 2 inches and improved my stamina as well as flexibility. Above all you constant push has helped me a lot in improving my health physically and mentally.

It is a great place for learning new practices everyday. My strength, stamina and flexibility has improved efficiently in past few week of my training with Ajay bhaiya. There's new learning everyday which keeps the motivation up????

though i am not punctual but i can see visible result in my flaxibilty and my back pain also gone which i was suffering from last 3 to 4 years
