Omg
So today I visited Taj Lands End,Bandra.
The much awaited visit.
I was super excited, for the visit.
First we went to Vista, no one even bothered to ask about the order, forget a glass of water.
Families who were done with their lunch, were still sitting there and screaming on top of their voice as if some wedding reception.
We left the place, went to Atrium,again ,guests who were lounging there were so loud.
The music was so loud.
The AC was not working.
No one bothered to offer a glass of water, finally we gave our order for tea and fish fingers.
Water still didn't arrive.
Tea came without milk and sugar.
After askin three times for sugar, finally it came, but milk didn't arrive.
I had the tea without milk and just came out.
Didn't expect this from Taj.
I'm a Taj loyalist.
God if you have patience, visit, otherwise don't.

It’s a lovely place to sit, unwind and enjoy few drinks ???? They have an exquisite bar setting and is perfect to discuss business deals!

Excellent Atrium Bar at Taj Lands End. Naresh and his team looked after us and made our stay at the hotel extra special. Drinks were well made and bar snacks were delicious. But the service is really what got my attention. Rare to find these days.
