His way of teaching, his techniques, his dedication towards his students, his discipline and encouragement will make you enjoy Yoga even more! He has taught us that Yoga goes way beyond Breathing and that it is a Way of Life! The best part is he will never give up on you and not let you give up on yourself either! Consistent teaching of very high quality from teachers who care and know you who you are. Great teachers, a gentle but challenging practice, welcoming atmosphere - all around great studio. I love the teachers.....they are the BEST! I don't have to be self-conscious about my ability to do the poses because of size or age. Great experience I love to be part of AFA.????????
