We had gone for an allergy test here. The doctor even refused to explain the report to us. When we asked the receptionist to explain what the reports meant, she asked us to pay 1500 in consultation. Not sure what practice this is.

When I walked in and waited for my turn I got into conversation with a patient also waiting there who has been a patient since they opened, and he said "You're going to love Dr. Shilpa and her staff". He was absolutely right. After my turn came to meet her I found that Dr. Shilpa Nayak was very knowledgeable, thorough, and caring, and instantly felt comfortable and confident I had made the right decision to try this practice. She took the time to provide explanations that no other doctor has ever provided. For the first time, I found a doctor who developed a plan to treat the cause of my symptoms, versus writing prescriptions to treat them. The experience made me wish I had come in sooner. She was confident and concise in her diagnosis and treatment plan. Her staff was the best - polite, friendly, and patient, and they also did a great job of explaining all of the tests and processes. I had an appointment for allergy testing and they happily did it with no fuss and patiently until it was over. The respect for my time and the dedication to helping me feel better sooner was truly recognized and appreciated. I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Shilpa Nayak and her Allergy Clinic which is also a polyclinic that has all the Expert Team of Doctors from various diff medical fields under one roof . So, I want to be honest. These allergies are so annoying and I always wait to the last. That's my ignorance. So, I found this clinic online and Dr. Shilpa Nayak and since helped me get away with these. I am currently taking immunotherapy which is a blessing in disguise for someone who is extremely allergic to cats but also loves them. She always checks on me and not only gives advice but details the repercussions too. I don't just recommend her, if you have allergies she is the person you need to meet, trust me.
