I have really enjoyed working here, and I have learned a lot over the course of my employment. I am satisfied with the way management and team has guided me in my job. We worked on many complex projects with short timeline but we able to produce quality software product for our clients. It made me proud to be a member of the team.

In working in this organization we understand our roles and responsibility either we work as individually or within the team. When I came to work here, I was excited about the opportunities to continue to advance my position or increase my knowledge and experience. While the company has given me opportunities to learn skills I have aimed for in my career, I believe that I have gathered sufficient knowledge working with this firm.

I would recommend this company to friends or family if the position matched their needs. A comprehensive benefits package would make the job more appealing.

I am really grateful to work at AscenWork. I find it a place where I can grow together with the organization. It has helped me reach great heights by offering me new learning opportunities and strengthening my inherent skills with its rich and diverse organizational culture.

Despite being a fresher, I was given a lot of challenging new opportunities, which helped me not only on the technical front but also on the soft skills side like negotiations within the team and with the client.
