Pathetic service. Abrupt & not at all helpful staff. I was wanting help in data transfer however they were totally unhelpful. I was also told that if I try to do the data transfer on my own and loose data, it will be my responsibility. Irfan was absolutely UNHELPFUL & ABRUPT. It was kind of a threat to either get it done from them with a cost or loose data. I stepped out of the store & called Borivali Aptronix. I was informed, I can do the data transfer on my own. I just need the phone battery charged & a few hours on hand. Stores need more polite staff & sync in information
