Yoga Junction and I crossed paths when I was suffering from health issues and I felt so mentally and physically weak, Soma’s yoga classes with many positive reviews on internet sounded like a good opportunity to get some stress relief and heal. I had never done any yoga prior to my classes at Yoga Junction, but with Soma’s clear, and empathetic approach I learnt quickly and was able to effectively practice the asana on my own. The small size batch help one to get comfortable while Soma also provides unique attention to each of her student’s needs, be it physical, emotional, or your hectic life schedule.
Soma’s teaching approach is uniquely built on 5 P’s: - Passion, Precision, patience, Positivity and Practice. Soma is a kind spirit with a gentle soul, thoughtful, and patient. Her tailored yoga practice is a great mix of strength, flow, deep breathing, and relaxation, I really like how she incorporates meditation into daily sessions and teaches you how to train your brain and breathing during various asana/poses to help keep you remain calm in daily life situations. I got everything I needed, a little bit of work-out to break some sweat, strong stretch in sore muscles and deep relaxation at the end. It truly is both body and mind yoga with Yoga Junction.
I would give Yoga Junction and Trainer Soma my unqualified endorsement without hesitation to anyone looking for personal, professional care in the learning of yoga, as I have never seen myself looking forward to morning schedules like I do it for my Yoga classes with Yoga Junction, Thanks to Soma for making Yoga so approachable and easy to fall in love with. The road to recovery is a long one, but I credit finding Yoga Junction, Soma is an amazing yoga instructor. I have been doing her online yoga class for a couple of months now. Soma ma'am is very hard working and professional yoga trainer. I have been doing some asanas even before joining the class but after joining the class i got to know that what yoga forms i was practising were not up to mark, ma'am rectified my yoga form. She also helped me relieve my stress through meditation. I'm enlightened that i joined this yoga class.

Soma is a very good trainer. She focuses on you and motivates really well. I have felt very good after her Yoga sessions and would highly recommend her.
