This apartment complex is the last building on the road. It is developed by UNIQUE SHANTI DEVELOPERS. It is adjacent to Happy Homes Residency. Google Maps correctly displays the location.

The complex has two gates, a main gate for entry in the front and an exit gate in the back. There are 4 wings, newly, A, B, C and D. There is provision for covered parking, generally for four wheelers, and open parking for two wheelers. Open visitor parking is outside the complex and is subject to availability. A clear sight of Bhayander creek view can be enjoyed from the front facing flats of the complex, particularly during sunrise and during rainy seasons. The road adjacent to the main gate is pretty wide. The locality is peaceful. My relatives tend to stay here.

Will recommend this complex to homebuyers, both novice and seasoned. I will give a 4 star rating to this building. I will update my review in the next visit.
