It's a gym with most amenities required for a good workout. There is no air conditioning but their membership charges are significantly less. The are separate hours and instructors for women in the afternoon. Those looking for a 24 hour gym won't find it here as its open from 7am to about 11 pm. The owner of the gym is quite friendly and is available to help you with your exercises as well as guide you about nutrition. But you won't find any personal trainers here. It's a small gym, but not too small. It has a separate section for cardio consisting of exercise bikes, treadmills etc. The place might get a bit crowded in the morning but people are cooperative enough to not cause any inconvenience during workout. All in all its a good place for beginners as well as those who don't care about added comfort during their workout or are short on cash.

Gr8 gym I m doing workout there almost from 2018 and over all experience is great best thing is very low fees
