I have been here for the first time. The clinic is supposed to be open at 10 AM (Monday to Saturday, Sunday closed) as per the notice pasted on the door and as mentioned on the sign board displayed outside this clinic. However, no one turns up to open this clinic before 10:15 AM and the doctor doesn't arrive here before 10:30 AM. I believe that everyone should value the time of others. This clinic has rates prominently displayed at the reception counter for the consultancy and various other tests which are performed at this clinic. The charges can be paid only by PAYTM or in cash. I think this clinic should also accept payment by credit card as it is the norm at the other consultants clinic. Consultancy fees is ₹300 for the first visit and ₹200 for every subsequent visit. This clinic is located on the first floor with no option for any elevator which could prove difficult for elderly or differently abled patients. The doctor here listens you well and may order one or more tests or prescribe medicines. This doctor doesn't have any specialised knowledge about ENT. He ordered a audiometry test, charges ₹400 for it but refused to give the that report to me (patient) as he didn't want it to be shown to another specialist for a second opinion. it appears from his conversation that he is not sure about his report or treatmentHe also prescribed medicines which are useless as they don't have any effect on my medical issues (Tinnitus). Complete waste of money and time.

Worst ENT clinic, few days back I visited this clinic with for my mom. She was having severe ear pain in her left ear. After examining her doctor ask her to wait outside he will clean her both ear after putting few drops of medicine though she was having pain in only one ear, after 10 min he called her again for cleaning but proceed to clean the ear my mom started shouting with severe pain so doctor told her that it is not possible to clean her ear today he asked to come back after 4 or 5 days. Now, his consultation fee is 600 that is okay, but without cleaning ear he charged 600 extra (total - 1200) when my mom asked her why you are charging money for cleaning one ear he started lying that one ear is cleaned by him (we visited another doctor but he told us both of the ear is not cleaned) after so much argument he doesn’t even return our money and now thanks to this doctor now my mom is having pain in her both ear. Same day in the evening we visited another doctor, after he examined my mother’s ear he immediately told her it is not possible to clean it today because the wax inside her ear is very hard he gave her drop and ask her to put this drop for atleast 7 days and come again for cleaning. OM SAI ENT clinic doctor is greedy for money please if you ever visit this clinic confirm the money they are going to charge otherwise they will loot you.
