Neat and clean rooms, friendly staff, and many more to add for giving 5 star rating to this hotel.
Best hotel to stay either individually or with family with decent price, I tried my hotels in this area in the past , but this is the best.
For sure, this will be my preferable place of stay for future travels to this place

So the over all stay experience was good but only one of the staff members really ruined the experience with his extremely unprofessional behaviour
Saying that rest of the staff members were extremely helpful and kind
Came to our service as soon as we made a phone call
Unfortunately staff member Abhay ruined all our experience
Not only he called my wife on her personal number once but twice at an unacceptable time asking for things which weren’t urgent or necessary
First call was made past midnight and second a few days later past the 11pm mark which I found extremely unacceptable
First call was to ask for my wife’s government id which was already submitted
I would really like to have a chat with the owner as the whole stay was blissful except for the one staff member
Apart from that you gotta remember
Venue is mainly booked out as a wedding venue so it’s big groups staying there
We did experience a lot of noise during some nights..
Something to add windows don’t open and glass is tinted so there’s no view

I attended a wedding function at Krishna Palace Hotel.
We got a valet parking service that was good.
The banquet hall on 1st and 2nd floor is good.
The hall in my opinion should have more washrooms.Clearly for a function of more than 300 paxs. the washrooms where running completely full.
The food was average.
The waiters where doing there best to keep the guest comfortable.
