One of the worst hospitals I have ever been too. Room not available for a planned surgery patient made to wait in a dirty room. We had a delux room and were made to put up in a twin sharing room. Absolutely dirty, AC not working, window open. Mosquitoes and flies. Surgery delayed no intimation to patient and family.
And after all the hassle we get allocated an delux room post 7pm. With the AC not working and the hospital staff says they are unaware.

3 Stars given only because of the NICU team who were always approachable and handled my baby with care from the time of admission.

However, I hope the management reads this review in its entirety and takes immediate action to make it better!

Hospital admission process - This is the first part of your hospitalisation journey and it is extremely slow and painful here. The receptionist sends you to every room to seek assistance, the room then sends you to some floor, they then send you back to the reception to find out more information. This is in case for both admission as well as discharge.

Both teams are clueless and put the responsibility onto someone else and at the end it's the patient that does the running about and takes the brunt of it.

No one takes effort to show you the rooms, the guy at the reception says go on floor one and ask that reception, then we need to go up and search for a representative to show us the room.

Now the room! - We paid for the highest level room which is deluxe. The condition of the room was pathetic! It smelled stale, the washroom had no functional overhead LED light, there's no hand towel or bath towel, no soap (we were told to get our own), no mosquito repellent. We told them it was empty and despite asking for it 10 times no one came with it, nor the room freshener!

Air condition remote is bandaged and broken and barely functional. There's mould on the ceiling walls and nothing is being done about it. They charge a minimum of 5000 per night for the room, but don't maintain hygiene! Instead there's more effort put on unwanted things, like sweeping and mopping of the floor 3 times / day, refilling water, etc!

Meals provided are tasty, but the timing isn't the same daily. Sometimes dinner comes at 7:45PM, at times 8:30PM and this can affect the schedule of the patient.

Discharge again is time consuming and confusing at the same time - The sister on the top floor says go to the reception, reception says no file, then there's cross discussions, then finally the files are sent below for clarification and payment.

On the whole, the hospital needs to be better managed, staff needs to be more supportive, proactive.

I was shocked when told the deluxe room doesn't provide towel, soap. Supposed to be the highest class of room there.

Extremely satisfied with the level of treatment and care meted out to my mother who was admitted recently for a spine surgery. The entire nursing staff is very cordial and accommodating. The facility maintains meticulous hygiene standards and would recommend everyone who is interested to check it once. Special appreciation towards Dr. Ajit Mishra and Shalini madam for providing us with the best care and wellness services & standing by us all throughout.
