Very pathetic & unprofessional customer service. Very very worst. I have given my blood & urine sample today morning. There office tyming is by 7pm & we late by just 8min. There office has been closed. We have given full advance at the time when we given samples. But they didn’t call us or wait for us. They shut the lab & get away.
Please don’t go to such a worst lab. They never consider that the value of ur report for ur health. Those type of labs, hospitals & clinics are into business of making money only.
