One of the best gym ever. This is not only a gym, it also helps to develop our inner self and boost confidence. The trainers are very disciplined as well as friendly at the same time. BFS helped me to rebuild myself as a sport person. Their natural way of workout really works great for weight management and stamina.

This gym is complete like family. No need for personal trainers ,as gym trainers itself do so good training on every individual.
Plus not only gym but the gym Focuses on core strengthing which is very different from all others gym
Definitely recommend if u don't want only for muscle building .
