I had a very bad experience with this project at Asmita house. They took my booking amount for the flat and next day said to come and collect allotment letter and recipet. On reaching they told me they sold my flat to someone else.
Then they asked me to buy flat for 6 lakhs more on same floor or cancel.

I will strongly NOT recommend this project if they r selling flats like this and cancelling they might cancel allotments in future n sell it again to anyone even though the person has paid.

Very very bad experience at Asmita house never thought inside story will be like this as we went to book just by the trust in the name of Mr Muzaffar Hussain we lost faith completely in Asmita with what has happened. My brother in law who is nri in usa got saved as he was about to invest as well after my experience.

Banks like hdfc say they cannot give apf for this project due to some missing legal papers still we chose another bank and took the risk.

But sorry boss won't recommend this project to anyone we are not investors I went to gv a better life to my family and buy a flat for living at a new construction but they don't care about people's emotions they might just reallot your flat to someone else who is paying more like 50 50 or is coming with a reference.

Lived 23 yrs in Asmita never expected this today's world no one can be trusted????

One of the most awaited projects seems to remain one the most awaited projects for a long time to come. Initially two security guards were guarding the boundaries who are now not seen anywhere. God knows when this project will start. It seems this project is a hyped one marketed by all major real estate agents in Mira Road. As far as google reviews are concerned, all are subject to personal interests and one should wait for the reviews from actual home buyers who have already paid a large junk of their savings months back and awaiting project commissioning. The concerned management should really look into it. No offences to whoever it may concern, it's just an unbiased honest review by a common man.

Came across this project in Mira Road. Contacted them and found out that a 2bhk with 720 carpet would cost 1.35 Crore, Heavily Overpriced. The project looks promising but its still in the air
