Somehow better than other taxi providers (others just talk about points which has no point as one location has 5 - 10 points). After all he is bound with unions else can be best taxi provider.

Very pathetic service. Driver was drunk. Very rude behaviour of both driver as well as owner. Also they charge the same rate which is charged by the hotel taxis where you stay. Family should feel safe when you travel hence don’t opt for their services. We almost had a crash 3 times due to overspeeding, overtaking etc. you can even validate their services by asking other taxi operators about them, you will get the answer. Never go with them.

Enjoyed my trip from Mumbai to Mahabaleshwar and very good service. Mr. Santosh was very nice and helpful. Thanks to him and his team. I will surely use his service again in the near future.
