Worst experience. The rooms are very dirty. There is no phone in the room also. So for small small things I had to go to the reception. I had booked through Swastik tours. Not happy with the service of our tour person also. It is a 1 star hotel.

This is the pathetic place for stay.. very unhygienic and dirty rooms.. no daily cleaning.. on top of it worst food quality.. me and my family all fell ill after having meal with vomit and diarrhoea... It was all disaster for us .. whole trip is ruined.. don't ever go to this hotel..

Mr.Laxman & Mr.Jaywant given best support from there end as a manager, but room service is worst !never ever get drinking water on time.

I was booked 3 rooms for 2 night stay including tour package i.e. include breakfast,lunch ,dinner. They give food service on 3rd floor for guest who are staying in packages, where no lift and food is worst to worst.
Me and my entire family fell ill with Diarrhea , vomitting and flatulence .when I talking with manager Mr.Jaywant regarding illness , the other room guest also complaining same health issue to him.

We went to enjoy holidays but because of the bad food we become ill.
