This place is very good for those who enjoy being connected to earth and for those who go with mool mantra of BASIC NECESSITY OF LIFE i.e. Food, Shelter, Water and Air. You get all in abundance and to add to the above the hospitality of the host.
For those who seeks LUXURY in stay, then this may not be the one but I can say, anytime if you have to barter Luxury with RAW Experience, this is one of the place to be in.
We were 6 of us and our Pet Furry Ginger. Ginger was free to roam with no restrictions and amongst all of us she enjoyed the most. Food was mostly from the produce of their farm and it was so good that all 3 days we over ate.
The icing on the cake was to pick and eat strawberries from their farm. We had a guided tour of their entire farm and enjoyed the experience.
What we really appreciate is irrespective of having a tragedy in their Family, Rohan(son) Tanaji and Laxmi( parents) ensured we were well taken care of and honored the commitment to host us.
The only minor concern we had was of the boating charges which we felt was overcharged when the same tour was costing way less in Tapola Boat Club, which we happened to visit. When highlighted, this too was resolved to some extent but we feel, this particular incident should be an learning experience for Tanaji and family, as this is a new venture for them, and with experience they can improve.
Their property is almost done but with minor finishing touches pending.
Overall we had a memorable stay and we were their extended family from 17th to 19th Dec 2021.
