Hotel Sapna

We booked two Delux rooms at Hotel Sapna for 3 days. when we reached Hotel Sapna ,they denied our bookig & they said it's at their another Hotel Vishwanath . which was worst hotel. Rooms are not cleaned . cockroaches in the room. Moskitos in the room Didn't gave Good night at first asks.Beds were dirty, bath towels were provided only single & asked us to use same towel for 3days for two person.
Flush & Shower were not working.
when we raised our voice they said rooms are not available,we will shift you at last day at Sapna or you cancel your booking now. We were having one infant with us so we were no choice left but to stay their.
Hotel staff is very careless & rude . Hotel Manager is forcing us to vacant room at 8am . as the chekout time was 8:30am.
We booked hotel for 3days including breakfast. i.e. 28th April to 1st May but they gave breakfast for only 2 days...

Nice hotel with very good location.. Exactly in the center of the market.. Easy Access to many locations like shopping market, restaurants, bus stop, venna Lake.. Staff was good with good cooperative nature....the only thing which made me to reduce one point is its checkout timing.. It's 8 a.m...how could anyone check out at such a morning time when there is so much of cold outside... But as I said, staff was good, they had given me an extension upto 9 a.m....so,i will definitely recommend this hotel to everyone..

Nice to stay in the hotel. The cleanliness and staff response was good.
