Excellent Resort. Very close to Venna Lake and Mahabaleshwar market. Property very well maintained and cleaned. Staff are well behaved. Room amenities provided are really top class. 24/7 hot water which every property does not provide. Only suggestion..room service could be little faster. Highly recommend Red Button.

Ambience is good but rooms need renovation, putty leaks from the walls. Staff service is not upto the mark, if you ask them to clean/do something they will not come back to you. Breakfast official time is 8-10am but it will never start before 9.30 am. So typically you will only get 0.5 hrs or 45 mins of window to have breakfast and it will really interfere in your plans. Also breakfast area is not have any shed, so you will get a headache for sure from the sun while having breakfast. Parking space is good but no shed available. I guess spending 4k to 5k here is just too much and not worth the money.

We went there for go karting. I cant rate on basis of rooms. But over all, I'll give five. It was fun experience. The prices were too high. I would request them to just modify there cars for safety perposes. Ex, cover the engine.
