Do not trust these travels. They booked a transfer to the bus in a car for us. There were 14 passengers loaded into a Mahindra vehicle to commute all the way from mahabaleshwar to Wai. The driver was rude, the whole transport was late for 2 passengers who had to beg their bus to wait for 30 minutes and created a stressful situation.
When I called and complained about the situation, they lie to my face that they only commuted 9 people when I was in the car that essentially transported 14 passengers + driver.

Very patatic bus... Seats broken and bus no Mh47 6708 is a bus from mahableshwar to mumbai they had given halt at nishi sagar hotel which is owned by neeta itself they did not had anything for dinner bt still their halt was at that place only. We were jain did not eat any food. .. They could give halt somewhere else... Very disgusting...... Sucks neeta... Dnt ever travel with neeta...

Very bad at communication. They should tell us about bus time and all the changes. There were two choices in timing, one was at 2:15 and another was at 4:15, Just because I didn’t want to wait for 4:15, I booked for 2:15, but when I reached at the pick up location, they said that my 2:15 bus has been cancelled and I have to wait for another 2 hours for 4:15 bus. Disgusting
