I have been to Icekraft Pune several times and it certainly never disappointed with the quality and taste.
But I would not recommend this outlet to anyone else. The workers there think as if we are clueless about the food. We had ordered cheesy hurricane fries, it was partially cooked we told this to the staff and they were not listening at all. Secondly, we had ordered Nutella freakshake, we were rooting for it but naah not at all satisfactory. This shake is the bestseller from Pune outlet and yummy too.
Think twice before visiting.
