We are traveling to mumbai...the bus is very good in inside big space for two people ..charging point with pillow and rug. Good staff...

Worst service drives and staff don’t have manners to behave and talk with passengers and even this agency doesn’t care about passengers and what they are complaining about the staff even they don’t take action on complaints. Before you book think 1000times. Literally bad service and no punctuality of anything. Worst experience dare to travel if you want but suggestions look for better services.

I tried to communicate with high authority ppl but even they didn’t did anything.

AC will not work. No punctuality in staff, no hygiene, and totally fake commitments of amenities.

Literally this was my worst experience journey in last 7yrs????????

These 5star ratting are fake
Buses are 3rd class government buses are way better than vaibhav travel agencies busses.

No AC is on in AC bus if is on them they are like our celling fan.
No blankets are provided but if we ask for blankets they says they got stolen.
No pillows and bedsheet are not washed.
Drivers are so rude. They don't have manners how talk with passengers. If you raise l the complaint management and high authority will not take action.

There are so many option like
Prasanna, Sharma, khurana, go for that but not this vaibhav travels.

I regret this journey total money wastel
