So disappointed to stay 5nights here for my holiday in KL… I’ve stayed 5-6 hotels in KL so far, where are all so called “5 star hotels”, this hotel was the first one I felt so disappointed (if this is really a 5 star hotel). As my last experience at banyan tree hotel KL was great, I thought this hotel which is managed by the same management company could be also fantastic. But obviously I was wrong.

Staff was not so helpful in many ways. Asked few requests, but could never get satisfied answers from them. Plus, I had to wait 30min for the luggage pick up on my check out day.
The only positive aspect was the easiest access to pavilion mall.

It was a pleasant stay at The Pavilion Hotel. Location is good. Even though it’s within the city it offers you a peaceful stay. Food quality, hygiene and service is good. Service gets impacted if there is any function at the venue. Management needs make sure that they don’t overlook at the service of the other occupants.

Wonderful well furnished, renovated, 3-4 * hotel, in city, with quiet surrounding, huge parking (They have many marriages here), Outdoor/ garden restaurant n Indoor AC restaurant also. Good old big trees n garden done well. Stay, celebrate occasions or have a good time with family and friends. Rooms have clean n spotless linen n walls, Flat TV, mini fridge, darkout curtains, AC n all luxurious hotel room facilities.
