From the moment I checked in, the staff at the hotel were incredibly welcoming and attentive. The receptionist was friendly and helpful, and she took the time to give me a tour of the hotel and explain the various amenities available.
The room I stayed in was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I had a fantastic night's sleep. We have been to this hotel for the first time and the hospitality was on point. The restaurant options there were good. The Grand room was spacious and clean. Staff connection was also quick. Highly recommended for families with kids for hygiene and good ambience.
