Negative Review - Reason - Service that we received on Friday 12 May 2023

We try mini chicken platter and Chicken Tandoor Biryani and Hyderabadi Biryani, all items were delicious and portion size also sufficient, but service was very poor. For each item we waited at least half hour.
Even for finger-bowl we waited for 15 min, eventually we ended with wash basin. Need improvement in service
We told management about this but they took our feedback lightly

Niyaaz is famous for its biryanis like niyaaz special chicken dam biryani, hyderabadi chicken dum biryani etc.

The quantity is adequate for single person, but but is less if two persons are eating. You can cover this up with manchow soup also.

Sitting arrangement has been expanded on first floor also

Overall very satisfying experience

One star less for very arrogant parking security guard who is always arguing for car parking.

Food is nice quality. Ambiance also very nice . Well maintained clean hotel. You can enjoy one of the best biryani here.
Cost is bit high compared to Belgaum Niyaaz . Hotel staff behaviour was not good he was behaving rude. Only for staff behaviour it’s 4 star Else it’s 5 star rating hotel. Hope management take this review seriously and take corrective action.
