Great response and Swift solution to problems related to my Jio number which was not functioning as required.
The staff members were courteous, helpful and above all technically competent to understand, respond and correct the issues I had gone to them with.

This was in sharp contrast with some of the "Branded" stores I had visited with the same issue.

Excellent service.
Very competent and knowledgeable staff.
Sorted out a problem with my handset in 5 minutes .
Two bigger stores could not sirt out that problem when I visited them.

A/C was on and the doors were open. Staff was always in their interest. Only two of them were there for the company's reasons.
