Worst Service faced Today From Kolhapur To Pune, took tickets at Kolhapur For mumbai They said it will be connective bus from kolhapur to Pune then to Mumbai. They told we False Time of Bus just Yo sell tickets. When Ask To Stop the Bus for Food They Did consider my Request after 2 hrs. travelling Along with My Dad Who is going Through Medical Emergency, they Left me In Between Pune & said you need to Find the bus By own now towards Mumbai. I had to Struggle for another Bus At Night Time along with my mom & dad.
Even after Not providing Proper services, I called them & requested to arrange a Bus by which We can Safely Go To Mumbai But their so called staf has so Bad Attitude hé disconnected my Calls, doesn’t even has respect to talk with a Lady Properly.
Would Never Even Recommend them To My enemies.

One of the worst travel agency.Fraud people.Had a horrible experience in kolhapur.Never book from such a monster people.Made a fulse commitment and confirmed our tickets and called after some time and said bus already left and made us waited for 1 hours.Such a disgusting people

Worst & impolite staff,charger socket not working,when complained the bus manager got irritated..taking roadside passengers at 3.45 AM & thus disturbing sleep of onboard passengers....( Kolhapur to Ambejogai Bus no 1251 DTD 23/2/23 )...will never again in my lifetime travel by this bus.
