Excellent location for peaceful living at Tarabai Park, Kolhapur. It's located between the IncomeTax office n the circuit house, Kolhapur. Prominent gated community with all necessary amenities by famous Varad developers owned by Shri. Sanjay Chavan.
The design of the flats is quite nice ... superbly designed by Shri. Kapadi ... well known designer for ventilated n spacious flats. A & B wings are completed. C wing construction has just started. Flats have floor rise of Rs.75 per sft per floor from 6th floor onwards. No floor rise rate applicable up to 5th floor where base price is Rs.6000 per sq. foot.
Peculiarity of the scheme is that Panhala, Kent club at Sadle-Madle n Jyotiba hillocks can be seen from the west facing balconies of the flats from 6th floor upwards.
Only thing stopping me from rating 5th star is that the windows do not have the provision of grills outside n the wire-mesh from inside.
Property manager Shri. Bandivadekar is an experienced n polite person who can answer any query by the customers.
In a nutshell, spacious flats at a nice location in the gated community with a facility of double parking for 3 BHK flats.
