The room was clean but congested. Breakfast was tasty but waiters need to be properly trained to attend to all customers equally. No attended to our table for a long time. We had to ask for water. Our tea was served to someone else. Overall poor service.

Rooms are not clean, food is ok ok,
Rude behavior of staff.
Parking is worse. Overnight they move cars and bikes handling it badly and damaging vehicles.
We had the same issues our vehicles been moved from the place of parking without our notice and they had been damaged badly.
Nobody was telling who did it also they didn’t allow us to show footage.
At last they said CCTV is not working

When I booked this hotel, I was quite concerned regarding safety from a female traveller perspective... But this hotel has exceeded my expectations beyond words! Our check in time was delayed due to transportation issue, but the staff ensure we had dinner arranged for us even after 11 pm (after kitchen hours). I would especially like to thank Mr. Vijay (Manager), Mr. Ajit (Associate), Mr. Rakesh, from the bottom of my heart... He granted us a room even after we had already checked out of the hotel, just to be able to freshen up after a really long and tiring day... Would recommend everyone to definitely stay at the hotel as the hospitality is beyond words can explain!!!!
