Reception desk executives were very rude, yelling on me (guest), totally pathetic service. Threatening to cancel the booking, when asked for reason for delay in checkin, prioritising guest, is this kind of service provided in Skylark Business Hotel Kolhapur ?
Whenever there is a trip at kolhapur i prefer to stay in Skylark due to good rooms but if the staff welcomes their guest with this kind of service, rudeness and yelling i would suggest you all to never book Skylark again.
Each and every guest should be treated equal why do staff prioritise amongst the guest.there were false statements, arguments like yelling, shouting on us. Am I living with no cost, threatening guest for cancelling the booking. Staff doesn't know customer service ethics, Owner should provide trainings regarding customer service, manners etiquettes. There's nothing like spending 1000/- on this kind of service

Room, towel and bed provided was not at all as expected. My mistake was I booked a Non A/C room without knowing it was Non A/C. For the price they are charging, it definitely seemed like I’ll get an A/C room. I paid 2865 for which you would definitely get better A/C rooms in Kolhapur.

Staff are quite helpful but the room itself was disappointing for the price I paid. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone.

My room#002,Rooms are not well maintained, Blankets given were very old and disgusting.Only location is good. Requesting the managing team to maintain cleanliness and provide better blankets.
