Worst Service Ever, stood in line for 30 mins and then the counter person informs that they are not selling Ice-Creams and Desserts that day, worst part is they were not even apologetic.
I mean why did you name your outlet "Falooda Factory" if you don't want to sell Ice Creams and desserts ?
