Very pathetic service. Called them for normal servicing their technician came and did servicing. After he gone we noticed some drops started leaking from water purifier and after few days the leakage was more. I called them again and explained the issue and they asked to pay visiting charges again. I agreed but they didn’t came even after multiple followup.

Somewhere they knew that whatever damage was done by technician they won’t be able to repair it.

Very unprofessional people.

Very Pathetic Experience with Aquamom Service.
Even after calling their service center for last 2 weeks no one is coming to service the water purifier purchased from their store in Ulhasnagar.
If you call the Service Center or Technician they say first pay AMC (Annual maintenance charges i.e Rs 2500 /- upfront & then only they will send people for servicing).
Idiots don't even know how to talk to regular customers. Very Bad experience I have faced from Aquamom.
Do not recommend anyone to purchase any of their product & services.

Best replacement of aquaguard in terms of quality and service.... Only madhuri dixit is the reason for the product selling of aquaguard.... Do not buy on the basis of actor being endorsing the product.... When product selling start reducing they bring advertisement of actor for endorsing the product but still the quality is compromised..... Aquamom is not compromising in quality.... The water quality of aquamom is far better than aquaguard water
